Chairman of the Great National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Şentop ranged Chair of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova on 13 September.

During the phone conversation, the Chairman of the GNAT enquired after the 13^th of September provocations of the Armenian armed forces against the Kalbajar, Lachin, Dashkesan and Zanghilan Provinces of Azerbaijan and witnessed support for the brotherly state and its nation. Speaking on his behalf and on that of the GNAT members, Mr Şentop extended the condolences to Sahiba Gafarova and the people of Azerbaijan over the loss of life amongst our military sustained when the Armenian provocation had been fended off.

Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova detailed her colleague of the provocation of Armenia in detail, thanked Mustafa Şentop and the GNAT members for their condolences and stressed that our people always felt the fraternal support from Turkey.
