Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova has arrived in the UK on 18 September to take part in the farewell ceremony for Her Majesty the Queen of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Elisabeth II.

The Chair of the Milli Majlis was greeted at the Luton International Airport (London) by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom Elin Suleymanov and other officials.

On 19 September, Sahiba Gafarova will take part in the farewell ceremony for the deceased Queen and leave a heartfelt entry in the book of condolences.

Besides, Madam Speaker will attend the official reception to be given on behalf of His Majesty the King of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Charles III on 18 September.
