Chair of Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova Attended Farewell Ceremony for Queen Elisabeth II

As reported earlier, Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova has gone to London to attend the farewell ceremony for Her Majesty Elisabeth II, Queen of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Madam Chair has also been present at the official reception given on behalf of His Majesty the King of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Charles III.

Sahiba Gafarova has taken part in the farewell ceremony for the deceased Elisabeth II alongside heads of states and governments, parliamentary delegates, prominent political leaders and public figures from all over the world as well as members of the Royal Family at the Westminster Abbey on 19 September.

Following the ceremony, the coffin containing the remains of Her Majesty will proceed to the Wellington Arch and from there to Windsor where it will be committed to the ground next to the final resting place of her deceased spouse Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
