The leader of the Milli Majlis delegation to the OSCE PA Azay Guliyev is leaving for Helsinki on 22 September to take part in the Assembly’s rally.

Namely, MP Guliyev will attend the seminar on the roles of the OSCE and the OSCE PA in the changing European security architecture, one that will be held as part of the Helsinki + 50 Initiative of the PA.

The trip to Finland will be over on 24 September.
