The Milli Majlis members Soltan Mammadov, Fazil Mustafa, Nurlan Hasanov, Vugar Bayramov and Tamam Jafarova are in the USA for the Open World Programme initiated by the US Congress.

While visiting stateside, the Azerbaijani parliamentarians will go to Washington, D.C. and several other cities and will have a string of meetings with Congressmen and Senators. There, they will get to know the workings of the US Congress first-hand; the prospects of the inter-parliamentary connexions are going to be discussed as well.

This visit will be over on 18 November.
