Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova made a Twitter post sending her condolences to Turkiye over the explosion in Istanbul.  

The speaker of the Azerbaijani legislature grieves with the families and friends of those who died in the blast as well as with the brotherly Turkiye and wishes those who were injured to get well soon.
