Chairman of the Azerbaijani parliamentary International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations Committee Samad Seyidov and MP Sevil Mikayilova will be in Madrid discussing promotion of inter-parliamentary connexions at a string of intended meetings at the Spanish Parliament on 26-30 November.

Samad Seyidov will then travel up to Brussels for talks with MEPs concerning certain matters of shared interest from 30 November till 3 December.
