Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova has sent Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Mustafa Şentop a letter of condolences about the heavy loss of life caused by the recent earthquake in that country.

In her letter, the leader of the Milli Majlis Expresses her sorrow at the many deaths, injuries and destruction caused by the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep and several other southern provinces of Türkiye. She extends her deepest condolences on her own behalf and of the members of the Milli Majlis to Mr. Şentop, to the families and friends of the victims and to the fraternal Turkish people, and wishes the injured a speedy recovery.
