As reported earlier, Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova is in the Republic of South Africa on an official visit now.

During it, the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament has attended the public address of the RSA President Cyril Ramaphosa. At the ceremony that preceded a joint sitting of both chambers of the South African Parliament, President Ramaphosa spoke about the goals of the country and the government it leads, the challenges ahead, foreign policy and other priorities.

Parliamentarians greeted Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova and the heads of the other attending parliamentary delegations once the presidential address had been over.
