The parliamentary delegation led by Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova have arrived in the Russian Federation on an official visit.

Amongst the delegation members are Deputy Chair of the Milli Majlis Adil Aliyev, parliamentary committee chairmen Ziyafet Asgarov and Bakhtiyar Aliyev, the head of the Azerbaijan-Russia inter-parliamentary connexions working group Nizami Safarov, the group members Sevinj Huseynova and Amina Agazade and Chief of the Milli Majlis Staff Farid Hajiyev.

Those welcoming the delegation at the Vnukovo II airport of Moscow included Deputy Chairman of the RF Federal Assembly’s State Duma Alexey Gordeyev and the Azerbaijani ambassador in RF Polad Bulbuloglu.

This visit will see Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova meet with the Chairs of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly and the Federation Council. of the Russian Federation.
