President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of Romania Ion-Marcel Ciolacu arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit on 26 February.

Amongst those who welcomed the Romanian guest, with the flags of both states waving at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, were Deputy Chair of the Milli Majlis Adil Aliyev, the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Bucharest Huseyn Najafov and the head of the Azerbaijan-Romania inter-parliamentary connexions working group Azay Guliyev.
