Member of the Milli Majlis Igbal Mammadov will arrive in St Petersburg on 9 March for a meeting of the Budget Oversight Commission of the CIS inter-Parliamentary Assembly there.

The agenda of the meeting deals with, amongst other matters, the member-states’ fulfilment of respective financial obligations respective the 2022 budget, collection of the Q123 membership fees to the IPA budget, draft revenues and expenditure estimates to support the Assembly’s activities and a draft resolution of the CIS IPA Council on the financing of the IPA’s work by the Commonwealth republics.

Igbal Mammadov will offer his vision of the agenda items; he will be making appropriate comments and proposals.

His trip to the Russian Federation will be over on 12 March.
