Head of Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova Begins a Working Trip to Bahrain

The parliamentary delegation led by Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova have arrived in Manama, the capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain, on a working visit on 10 March.

Amongst those greeting the delegation at the international airport of Manama were the speakers of Bahrain’s Consultative Council and Council of Representatives, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh and Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, respectively, and the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Bahrain Shahin Abdullayev.

Sahiba Gafarova is going to take part in the 2nd conference of the Parliamentary Network of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM PN) and the 146th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, with a speech she is to deliver at the latter, and will also have meetings with heads of other participating delegations and various officials in the course of this visit.
