Azerbaijani MP Emin Hajiyev will be in St Petersburg on 15-17 March for the 20^th meeting of the CIS Youth Inter-Parliamentary Assembly to discuss, amongst other topics, compiling a youth political dictionary and youth activities in parliamentary entities in the modern age. The participants of the YIPA will also discuss the Union Youth e-library project.
