Members of TÜRKPA Environment, Natural Resources and Health Commission Visited Alley of Honour and Martyrs’ Lane
The inbound delegation of the 8th session of the TÜRKPA Environment, Natural Resources and Health Commission went to the Alley of Honour and Martyrs’ Lane on 6 March.
They first reached the Alley of Honour to pay tribute in memoriam our National Leader, mastermind and builder of the modern and independent Azerbaijani State Heydar Aliyev, and to put fresh flowers by his tombstone.
In the Martyrs’ Lane, the delegation members paid respects to the memory of the heroic sons of the Motherland who had sacrificed their lives for her independence. The fallen warriors’ graves were adorned with fresh flowers. The delegation also went to the Eternal Flame Memorial.
The head of the Milli Majlis Azerbaijan-Türkiye inter-parliamentary connexions WG Ahliman Amiraslanov and other officials kept the visitors company in both cases.
