Members of the Milli Majlis Mikhail Zabelin and Rauf Aliyev will travel to Astrakhan on 8 May for events to celebrate the centenary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

The jubilee events will run the discourse concerning the life and activity of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, a prominent state and political figure, and will praise his merits in strengthening Azerbaijan's state independence and the work he did for the country's all-round progress.
