On 12 June, the Milli Majlis will host a public hearing 'West Azerbaijan: Our Genocide-Afflicted Historical and Cultural Heritage and its Revival', which the parliamentary Cultural Committee is organising.

MPs, heads of relevant entities and departments, academics and researchers, media leaders and NGO representatives will attend the hearing.

Ideas will be heard about the genocide of our historical and cultural heritage in West Azerbaijan, letting the international community know of it, and restoring and reviving Azerbaijan’s heritage and historical legacy in that particular region of the country. Relevant proposals will be made as well.
