Milli Majlis Members to Attend an International Conference

Deputy Chair of the Milli Majlis, head of the Youth and Sports Committee Adil Aliyev and the MPs Jeyhun Mammadov and Mahir Abbaszade are leaving for Marrakech on 12 June to take part in a conference ‘Working Together for the Common Future’ that the Moroccan Parliament and the IPU are arranging together with the backing from the UN Alliance of Civilisations and the Muhammadia League of Scholars.

The topics of the conference included, amongst others, supremacy of law, promotion of regional and global peace through inter-religious dialogues, co-operation between parliamentarians and religious communities, and preservation of statehood and freedom of faith.

Our MPs are going to return from morocco on 16 June.
