A ground-breaking ceremony for the permanent headquarters of the International Parliamentarians Congress will be held in Islamabad, Pakistan on 31 July.

Azerbaijani MP Arzu Naghiyev will be among the participants.

Pakistan’s PM and MPs as well as delegates of several other parliaments will join the ceremony.
