The head of the Milli Majlis Azerbaijan-USA WG for inter-parliamentary relations Anatoliy Rafailov is leaving for Washington, DC on 12 November to join a forum of the International Council of Jewish Parliamentarians where they are going to discuss dialogue and co-operation amongst parliamentarians, democratic principles, promotion of human rights and other subjects.

This trip will end on 17 November.
