Member of the Milli Majlis Sevil Mikayilova is leaving for Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) on 5 December.

The Azerbaijani MP will take part in the 28^th session (COP28) of the Participants of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. The session will be co-organised by the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Federal National Council of the UAE.

This trip to Dubai will end on 8 December.
