Member of the Milli Majlis Mushfig Jafarov is going to Turkmenistan’s capital city of Ashkhabad on 25 December to take part in an international conference dedicated to the Year of Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar.

Participants of the event will be discussing the importance of the 2023 having been declared the Year of Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar, the national youth policy, boosting the activity levels of young people and other subjects.

The trip to Turkmenistan will end on 28 December.
