A Procurement Specialist Vacancy Announcement
The Staff of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan is announcing interviews to recruit to the Civil Service in the 3rd classification of office positions (a Procurement Specialist). The job description consists in discharging the duties subject to the ‘State Procurements’ Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which duties concern the organisation engaged in procurement. Candidates shall have tertiary educational backgrounds, 2 years’ practical experience in State Procurement in an organisation designated by the ‘State Procurements’ Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, be capable of acting as independent users of the United State Procurements Portal and possess excellent knowledge of the state procurement legislation.
