A bilateral meeting of the Presidents of the Parliaments of Azerbaijan and Armenia was held on the sidelines of the 148^th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Geneva on 22 March 2024. The meeting was organised on the initiative and through the mediation of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. It was discussed in what form the parliaments of the two countries could support the peace process to the backdrop of the ongoing peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The parties agreed to consider conducting a dialogue on the legislature level.

The meeting went in a constructive atmosphere.
