First Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis/Chairman of the parliamentary Committee of Law Policy and State-Building Ali Huseynli and the MPs Fatma Yildirim, Elnur Allahverdiyev and Soltan Mammadov are going to visit the town of Qingdao in Shandong Province of the People’s Republic of China on 5 July.

While there, our MPs will join the Green Development Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).

At the event there will be discussions on jointly advancing green development and promoting the harmonious existence of man and nature; environmental protection issues and activities in the areas of green development in the context of Azerbaijan's chairmanship of COP29 will be addressed, too.

This trip to Qingdao will come to an end on 10 July.
