Chairman of the Milli Majlis Committee for Regional Affairs Siyavush Novruzov and MP Malahat Ibrahimghizi are going to Sofia, Bulgaria on 24 May for the spring session of the NATO PA.

The NATO PA committees on politics, defence and security, on economy and security, on science and technologies, and on democracy and security will hold meetings on the margins of the session.

The agenda of the plenary meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly deals with economic and security co-operation in Asia, the security in the Black Sea region, climate change problems, technological challenges, regulation and usages of new and advancing technologies including AI by the allied countries, countering misinformation and so forth.

This trip will end on 28 May.
