Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Tonga Lord Fatafehi Kinikinilau Fakafānua arrived in our country on 14 November on a visit intended for the participation of the Parliamentary Meeting that the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic are co-organising on the sidelines of the 29^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).

Members of the Milli Majlis – Chairman of the Milli Majlis Committee of Youth and Sports Shahin Ismayilov and Mirjalil Gasimov – as well as other officials welcomed the guest at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
