First Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Andrey Yatskin and Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Petr Tolstoy have come to our country meaning to take part in the Parliamentary Meeting that the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Inter-Parliamentary Union are organising together on the margins of the 29^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).
