As we reported earlier, Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova delivered a speech at the international conference ‘Global Challenges and Threats amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic. Terrorism and Violent Extremism’ while she was visiting in St Petersburg. As she spoke at that event organised by the PACE, the NATO PA, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean and the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism, Sahiba Gafarova mentioned yet another breach of the international humanitarian law principles on the part of Armenia by this country having been refusing  to give up its minefield maps. The Chair of the Milli Majlis called on international organisations to bear down on Armenia in this regard.
