Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan Rustam Emomali sent a letter of condolences to Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova in connection with the tragic plane crash near Aktau involving an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger aircraft.

In his letter, Rustam Emomali expressed deep sorrow in connection with the sad news of the numerous casualties resulting from the plane crash, and conveyed condolences on his behalf and on behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Speaker of the Milli Majlis and to the families and loved ones of the victims, as well as wishing a swift recovery to the injured.
