Speaker of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba Juan Esteban Lazo Hernandez has expressed condolences in connection with the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane. The National Assembly made a corresponding post on social media. 

The message extends condolences to the families and loved ones of those who perished in the disaster and expresses solidarity.
