As reported earlier, Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova is in the city of Geneva on a working visit to participate in the 151^st Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. The Speaker of the Parliament of Azerbaijan chaired at the Assembly discussion that continued today. The discussion saw addresses by representatives of the Parliaments of Australia, Colombia, Mozambique, Finland, Hungary, Spain, Türkiye, Uruguay, Belgium and other states.

It should be mentioned that Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova delivered a speech at the ‘Protecting humanitarian norms and supporting humanitarian action in times of crisis’ discussion held on the first day of the Assembly.
