Then, the participants of the International Parliamentary Conference visited the Martyrs’ Lane. They witnessed their deep esteem for the memory of the courageous sons of the Motherland fallen in the struggle for the freedom and independence of Azerbaijan, adorning their gravestones with fresh flowers and installing a wreath at the foot of the Eternal Flame Memorial.

The guests who were observing the city from the highest point of Baku were informed thoroughly of the history of the Martyrs’ Lane and of the amenity and building work afoot across our city.
