There was an event at the Milli Majlis on 10 May to honour the 98^th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, First Deputy Chair Ali Huseynli, the Deputy Chairs Adil Aliyev and Fazail Ibrahimli, the parliamentary committee chairs, Chief of Staff of the Milli Majlis Safa Mirzayev and other officials put a wreath at the Heydar Aliyev monument in the foyer of the Buildings of the Parliament and adorned it with fresh flowers. The participants of the event commemorated the remarkable politician.
