The Milli Majlis members Emin Hajiyev and Nigyar Arpadarai will be in St Petersburg, Russia on 18-22 May for the 16^th session of the Youth Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations there.

Emin Hajiyev will deliver a speech at the YIA session whilst Nigyar Arpadarai is to speak at the international research and practice conference ‘The involvement of the youth in election process: the experience of the IA CIS Member Nations’.
