Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova sent a letter to Chair of the Great National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Şentop on 13 August.

The letter expresses sadness at the loss of life and destruction caused by the floods in the Turkish provinces of Kastamonu, Sinope and Bartın and condolences on behalf of the Milli Majlis and of her own to the families and friends of those who had parted with their lives. Besides, the Almighty is asked to give grant wounded in the floods speedy recovery.
