A letter signed by Chairman of the Group of Friendship with Azerbaijan of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria and addressed to Leader of the Working Group for inter-parliamentary connexions with Bulgaria Rauf Aliyev arrived at the Milli Majlis recently.

The letter contains sincere congratulations to our MPs on the anniversary of Azerbaijan’s historic victory in the Patriotic War for Garabagh and a hope that the damage dealt to the Azerbaijani territories by the Armenian occupation will be remedied soon as well as that peace and tranquillity will settle in the region.

The author of the letter also wished that the restoration and building work afoot in the freed lands of Azerbaijan be completed and the people evicted from those lands earlier return to their homes.
