A commemoration ceremony for Azad Tahir oglu Mammadov took place in the Nasimi District of Baku on occasion of the anniversary of his rise to being a shahid.

   The Milli Majlis member Malahat Ibrahimghizi, the Head of the District Administration Asif Asgarov, the shahid’s family members and representatives of the public took part in the ceremony.

They paid homage to the precious memory of Azad Mammadov. Flower bouquets were put at his graveside. The family of the fallen hero reminisced about him and about his path of combat.

The families of the other shahids who were attending the ceremony, too, thanked the Administration of the country for its caring attitude.
