The year’s wake for the Patriotic War shahid Togrul Parviz oglu Mammadzade took place in the Sabirabad Province with the attendance of MP Ramin Mammadov, the provincial administration officials and members of the local public. The ceremony participants paid homage to the shahid’s dear memory, read prayers for his soul and shared the pain of loss with his family.

Private Togrul Mammadzade of the Azerbaijani Army took part in combat in the Agdere line and was killed in action on the same front on 18 October.

Togrul Mammadzade was decorated with the medal ‘For the Motherland’ to the decrees of President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan.
