Letters of condemnation of the Armenian aggression against the civilians of Azerbaijan keep coming in from international organisations to the Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova. The Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass deprecates in his letter to the Chair of the Milli Majlis the shelling by the Armenian armed forces of the civilian population and infrastructure as well as of the towns and provinces of Azerbaijan situated far from the conflict zone – including the missile attack on the city of Ganja.

Just as the resolutions passed at various conferences held by the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States do, the letter reaffirms the support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity and internationally-recognised borders of the Azerbaijan Republic and castigates the aggression of the armed forces of Armenia against Ganja that resulted in numerous civilian deaths and injuries in Azerbaijan’s second-largest city.
