MP Arzu Naghiyev attended the year’s wakes of the Gadabey Province residents Elmar Ilham oglu Jafarov and Firdousi Afig oglu Pashayev who were killed whilst fighting heroically for the integrity of our lands. The wakes of Jafarov, of the province’s Novoivanovka village and Pashayev from the Poladli village, also brought together both shahids’ families, gazies and the local public.

Prayers were said for the souls of the shahids; both men were commemorated with deep respect. Arzu Naghiyev expressed his condolences to their parents, other relatives and friends, shared in their grief and asked them about their concerns and issues.

The annual wake for Tural Ismayil oglu Sariyev, of the village of Chirdek of the Tovuz Province, who was killed in action whilst fighting heroically for liberation of our lands from the invaders, went with the attendance of MP Arzu Naghiyev, shahid families, gazies and members of the provincial public. Prayers were said for the shahid’s soul; he was commemorated reverently. Arzu Naghiyev met with shahid families, shared in their grief and wanted to know about their concerns and needs.
