One-Year Wakes of Bilasuvar Shahids Muhammad Amanov and Nahid Teymurzade

MP Bahrouz Maharramov went to Bilasuvar to attend the one-year wake of Warrant Officer Muhammad Iltizam oglu Amanov, one of the Motherland’s sons who won her the Victory. MP Maharramov met his family, offered them his condolences and enquired after their concerns.

The outstanding heroism of Muhammad Amanov demonstrated when he was destroying the enemies in the counter-offensive to liberation our lands after three decades of occupation was mentioned in the conversation. Amanov took part in the engagements for Sugovushan and died a hero’s death in the combat on the Agdere front.

Muhammad Amanov was decorated with the Garabagh Order and the medals ‘For the Motherland’, ‘For Liberation of Sugovushan’ and ‘The Valiant Warrior’ to the relevant decrees of the President of Azerbaijan posthumously.

Nahid Uzeyir oglu Teymurzade is another brave man from Bilasuvar who won the Azerbaijani people their victory. On the first anniversary of Teymurzade’s joining the host of shahids, MP Bahrouz Maharramov visited his family and asked the fallen fighter’s relatives about their issues.

Nahid Teymurzade volunteered for the front on the very first day of the war and fought with all his might to drive the vile enemy from our lands, it was said during the conversation. Nahid stood out for his personal courage and bravery in the action for Fuzuli and showed valour in the combat for Jabrayil and Kalbajar. He met the hero’s end whilst deflecting an enemy assault.

The State appreciated highly the combat merits of Nahid Teymurzade: he was decorated with the medals ‘For the Motherland’, ‘For Liberation of Jabrayil’, ‘For Liberation of Khojavend’ and ‘For Liberation of Fuzuli’ posthumously.
