There was a commemoration ceremony in front of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev Monument in the foyer of the Milli Majlis on 12 December.

The Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, the First Deputy Chair Ali Huseynli and the Deputy Chairs Fazayil Ibrahimli and Adil Aliyev laid a wreath at the monument to the National Leader and expressed their deepest veneration of him.

Then, the chairmen of the parliamentary committees, the Chief of Staff of the Milli Majlis Safa Mirzoyev and the Head of the Affairs Department of the parliament decorated the monument with roses and commemorated the Great Leader.
