A member of the Great National Assembly of Turkey/leader of the Turkey-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group Şamil Ayrım has sent the Milli Majlis a letter of congratulations on the Victory Day on 8 November.

In his letter, the Turkish legislator conveys his sincere congratulations to the Milli Majlis and to the whole people of Azerbaijan as represented by it on the anniversary of the victory in the 44 days’ Patriotic War and hails the might and professionalism that the courageous Azerbaijani Army demonstrated whilst restoring the historical justice. Mr Ayrım also proudly mentions our valiant soldiers’ bravery and gallantry in the battles for the liberation of the Azerbaijani lands from the Armenian occupiers.

In conclusion, Şamil Ayrım expresses a wish that the friendship and fraternity of our states and nations would abide forever.
