A tree planting campaign organised by the Milli Majlis to celebrate the Victory Day of 8 November went in Baku with the participation of Chair of the Parliament Sahiba Gafarova, her deputies, MPs and employees of the Milli Majlis Staff and Affairs Administration.

It is noteworthy that the Milli Majlis continues contributing to the V-Day jubilations and activities going on across the country. For instance, the Milli Majlis has passed a V-Day Amnesty declaration decision and released a statement concerning this historic date. Azerbaijani MPs are taking part in the V-Day functions held by our embassies in various countries to convey to the global audience the truth about the de-occupation of our lands and restoration of the country’s territorial integrity during and consequent to the 44 days’ Patriotic War.
