Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin in his letter to Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova on occasion of the Victory Day sends Mrs Gafarova and the Azerbaijani MPs the sincere congratulations on the V-Day celebrated as the day of restoration of our country’s territorial integrity. Mr Nigmatulin expresses a hope that this victory will give rise to new opportunities of comprehensive economic co-operation development in the South Caucasus and firmer stability in Eurasia.
