Victory Day Congratulation Letters Keep Coming at Milli Majlis

The congratulatory letters that are arriving at the Milli Majlis on the Victory Day and the first anniversary of restoration of the Azerbaijan Republic’s territorial integrity pursuant to the Patriotic War express the friendly sentiment and contain wishes of well-being and prosperity to the Azerbaijani people. The authors express their support for the victory in Azerbaijan’s rightful struggle that resulted in the liberation of the truly Azerbaijani lands from Armenian occupation and restored integrity of our country’s territory. The correspondents convey their confidence that the friendly ties, co-operation and bilateral relations with our countries will continue progressing.

Chair of a Milli Majlis committee and head of the working group for the Azerbaijan-Pakistan inter-parliamentary relations Ganira Pashayeva has received letters of felicitations from the co-ordinator of the friendship group for Azerbaijan in the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Murtaza Javed Abbasi, chairman of the Pakistani Senate’s standing commission on communication Senator Prince Ahmad Umar Ahmadzai, a member of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and member of the Uzbekistan Writers’ Union Gulbahor Saidganiyeva, President of the International Turkic Academy Darkhan Kidirali and Fawzi Ikram Sameen of the Bureau of the Council of Representatives of the Republic of Iraq. The authors of those letters, too, convey their best wishes to the people of Azerbaijan and to the Milli Majlis and underline that the Glorious Victory is written in gold letters in the history scrolls of the whole Turkic World.
