The letters from the fraternal Turkey that stream on in at the Milli Majlis on the occasion of the Victory Day on 8 November convey the most cordial, the warmest congratulations to the brotherly Azerbaijan and its parliament, people and state.

In their messages to the Milli Majlis, they congratulate Azerbaijan on the first anniversary of the glorious Victory in the Patriotic War, pay their respects to the memory of our shahids and thank our gazies.

Also, the letters accentuate the beginning of a new epoch with the Azerbaijani lands’ delivery from the thirty years of Armenian occupation by the heroic Azerbaijani Army under the chief command of President Ilham Aliyev. Turkey will always be by Azerbaijan’s side, the writers point out.

Azerbaijan is wished progress in every domain and that it should add new glowing pages to history; the friendship and fraternity of Turkey and Azerbaijan is wished to abide forevermore.
