More Congratulatory Letters Addressed to Chair of Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova

A letter of congratulations on the Victory Day of the 8th of November has arrived, being addressed to Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova and sent by Professor Cezmi Eraslan, Head of the Republic of Turkey History Section of the History Department of the Literature Faculty at the University of Istanbul.

Professor Eraslan conveys his cordial congratulations on Azerbaijan having liberates its truly native lands from the Armenian occupation and on the brilliant victory, adding with sorrow that the Turkish teachers had had to witness the Armenian aggression and atrocities against Azerbaijan but also stressing the boundless joy with which the Turkish teachers had met the news of our nation’s victory. They will continue teaching their students the history and the magnificent Victory of Azerbaijan and communicating the information to the public at large exactly as they have been doing until now, stresses Professor Eraslan.

The decisive triumph of Azerbaijan overjoyed the whole Turkic World, the letter goes. Professor Eraslan sends his best wishes on the anniversary of the prevalence reached under the leadership of the president of the country Mr Ilham Aliyev to the people of Azerbaijan and to all the members of the Milli Majlis who represent this people. It is also mentioned in the letter that Azerbaijan and Turkey are the brotherly countries that are strong through and in their unity.
