Ilkin Azay oglu Khosrovzade, one of our heroic sons who had died a shahid’s death at the Patriotic War, was commemorated in the Absheron Province with MP Mahir Abbaszade, officers of the State Frontier Service, the shahid’s relatives, gazies and members of the local public in attendance.

The graveside of Ilkin Khosrovzade was visited in the settlement of Jeyranbatan; prayers were said for his soul and the tribute of the deepest esteem was paid to his memory and the memories of the other brave ones who had died for the Motherland.

The shahid Ilkin Khosrovzade is decorated with the 3^rd-class Order ‘For the Service to the Motherland’ and the medals ‘For the Motherland’ and ‘For Liberation of Zanghilan’ to the appropriate decrees of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in recognition of his participation in the battles for the territorial integrity of the country and meritorious discharge of the combat duties set before his detachment.
